On the occasion of Realty 2023, on September 19h et 20th, Perspective is discussing office conversions.

Several conversion operations have been highlighted in recent months, and major projects are underway to ensure new housing is being created.

But how are conversion opportunities evolving?
Two years after the health crisis, are office vacancy levels on the rise?
Are the conversions of large office complexes representative of an overall dynamic?
Can the need for housing be met through conversions?
Is it possible to create affordable housing by converting office space?
