perspective.brussels works in consultation with the Urban Development Cooperation (SAU), the public operator responsible for the operational implementation of the development plans in the strategic zones laid down by the Brussels-Capital Region Government.
perspective.brussels is responsible for the strategic development of the Brussels territory, as well as its regulatory elements. The SAU plays a planning role, to ensure the concrete development of these areas, in a rationale of co-construction of projects with the relevant private and public partners.
This work is carried out in conjunction with the various actors involved in the redevelopment of the Brussels territory.
To carry out its missions efficiently, perspective.brussels collaborates with all the actors of the Brussels Region: the regional institutions (such as the members of the CRDT, actiris.brussels, Brussels Economy and Employment, citydev.brussels, etc.), the Municipalities, the Communities, the Federal level (NBB, Federal Planning Bureau, IIS, etc.), the European Union, the statistical institutions of the two other Regions (Iweps, VSA), the academics, members of the civil society and citizens' representatives.
